STEPHAN: Yes, this is Mr. Bardwell, in Purchasing at Universal Export. I'm calling to change an order.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Hi, Mr. Bardwell. Can I have your order number?
STEPHAN: Sure. It is 00988.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Thanks. One moment please. Okay, Mr. Bardwell. What would you like to change today?
STEPHAN: I'd like to cancel the order for ink cartridges, item number HEW51629A, and order 12 of the ink cartridges, item number HEW51626A, instead.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Okay. Anything else?
STEPHAN: I also want to be sure we have ordered enough paper, item number UNV21200. So, why don't you increase that to 10 reams.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Okay. You ordered 5 reams and you want that changed to 10?
STEPHAN: Right.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Okay. Can I do anything else for you today?
STEPHAN: No, I think that will do it. Could you tell me my total on my new order?
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Sure. Your total on the new order comes to $495 and the new order is 00993.
STEPHAN: Thanks a lot.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: The changes will appear on your packing slip. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
